Our Mission
The mission of the Summit County Continuum of Care for the Homeless is to engage organizations in a community-based process that works to end homelessness for all individuals and families throughout Akron/Summit County and address the underlying causes of homelessness and to lessen the negative impact of homelessness on individuals, families and communities.

Our Vision
Summit County is a community in which homelessness has been eliminated. Everyone has access to resources and support needed to obtain and maintain decent, safe and affordable housing that enhances quality of life.
