Strategic Framework & Action Plan to Prevent & End Homelessness in Summit County
The Summit County Continuum of Care (SCCoC) is engaging in a year-long process to establish a first-ever comprehensive plan to prevent and end homelessness in Summit County by March 2025. The plan will be developed collaboratively, with support from local and national experts, and include a multi-year framework and 1-year strategic plan by March 2025 to address how we will collectively prevent and end homelessness in Summit County.
Specifically, we will co-create:
- A strategic framework for preventing and ending homelessness in Summit County that will provide guidance to a diverse set of collaborators directly and indirectly engaged with homelessness policy and programs across Summit County.
- A near-term action plan for the Summit County Continuum of Care that will provide guidance to SCCoC staff, leadership, and member agencies.
- A “North Star” for local providers and collaborators as they develop or refine individual strategic plans and programs.
Our Timeline:
Our goal, and the goal of the Summit County CoC, is to prevent and end homelessness for all individuals and families in Summit County. Whether you are a service provider, community leader, advocate, or individual with lived experience, your voice is crucial to develop an impactful, equitable and inclusive strategic plan for our community.
